US president John F Kennedy wrote gLet us think of education as the means of developing our greatest abilities, because in each of us there is a private hope and dream which, fulfilled, can be translated into benefit for everyone and greater strength for our nationh. At CIS, our goal is to assist our students to realize their dreams by developing their natural skills and abilities year by year to the point where they become independent learners, confident of their own abilities, able to distinguish between what is of lasting value and what is transitory, open to new ideas, and ever eager to investigate the world around them.
It is this goal which is the focus of the learning that takes place at all levels at CIS. The combination of a balanced Canadian curriculum, the Primary Years programme of the International Baccalaureate Organization and a team of dedicated teachers are guaranteed to challenge each child from year to year.
If you are looking for a meaningful education for your child, I invite you to visit the school to see for yourself the opportunities that CIS can offer.
